Daniel Alberts, founder, has 25 years of management experience in commercial horticulture, international development, and agricultural research. He’s lived and worked in the US, the Netherlands, Colombia, Kenya, and Mozambique. He holds a BSc in Plant Science from Cornell University and an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society. He works comfortably across cultures and languages, including English, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, and Swahili. Daniel is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a trained facilitator. Outside of work, Daniel co-convenes a men’s group in Nairobi. He’s written a book and pioneered a festival for those seeking to replace religious dogma with delight. He thrives where meaningful work, skilled execution, and authentic collaboration align.
